This was a great enemies to lovers/ accidental marriage romance. The storyline was really entertaining and I so enjoyed it, it had me giggling so many times. I loved the banter between Guy and Effie, they knew just what buttons to push. I also really loved that this was a different type of story than what I have read by the author before.

Okay, Guy and Effie are my favorite Cassie Mint couple, no contest. The chemistry! The 'instalove' trope doesn't quite work here because they've known each other years. Hm, I guess it still could. Anyway, feeling kind of proud of Mint for somewhat mixing things up in the epilogue. Only a little, though.

This is the second book of Cassie's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I loved the chemistry between Guy and Effie. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book.
Tyler and Lexi did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life.
