So fun to read out loud

I read it to my kids at home and kids at school. A classic...great to develop phonological awareness.

i mean yeah, i'd eat them but not after they were dunked in the sea!

simply unmatched cadence. the amount of language development potential in this simple book is insane, so good

This was the Spanish version. It only has Spanish no English for comparison, but I knew the story enough to muddle through. I few words did not translate well, but most did. A great story for children.

I've been reading this to my kids (all 6 of them) since they were babies --- I currently read it to my toddler at least 3 times a week.

This is just so whimsical and so sweet; takes me back with so much nostalgia for the simpler days of being a mere child.
funny lighthearted slow-paced

The tale of the ever insistent Sam I Am and his mission to share an odd meal with an all too reluctant other. Wonderfully illustrated and cleverly written, especially when one considers the fact that it only uses 50 words to tell a story. Green Eggs and Ham gives the reader a very important lesson.

Muy divertido y educativo.

Yes. I know what you're thinking..you read this for BookTubeAThon too? Yes. Yes I did. It counts. It's a book. And I enjoyed it. There's a reason I own it. So. Ha. Read it to your children/nieces/nephews/grandchildren/etc. Or just read it for yourself. You can never go wrong with a Dr. Seuss book.

((BTWs. If you're in the Austin area, there's an art gallery, Art on 5th(not actually on 5th street anymore) that has an ongoing exhibit of Dr. Seuss' art work. You should check it out, it's pretty cool. They also feature local artists as well.))
