I admire the crap out of Joy Katz, and it was such a joy to sit down with her work and just inhale it. Some of these poems, including "Death is something entirely else," are just such absolute stunners! Poems like I didn't even know you could write poems; poems doing things with syntax and language and content that feel fully original.
