Holy shi*. What the hell did I just read. Cried and laughed my ass off through this entire novella (nearly novel) experience. Where to even begin. I was so destroyed reading about Tess and Ryan. And cry/swooning over Rachel’s delivery and the name pick out.  And then laughing so hard about Cay at the dentist and allll the ensued afterwards. I’m so dead. This book wrecked me. I cannot wait for more answers 🥰

Bitchfest ahead. Be forewarned.

Mars and Caleb finally! Probably the best of the stories.

I could so have done without all the baby and labor/childbirth garbage.

Authors, can we please make it the norm when a female character most likely can't have kids to keep it that way. I am beyond sick and tire of the "miracle babies" plot. Embrace the joys of no children!

Tess and Ryan could have had so many other plots and stories, but no we get the "Surprise! You're pregnant" after being told it most likely wouldn't happen plot. And of course that wasn't all. We had to make it a high risk pregnancy, an overly dramatic delivery, etc. (And omg she can't have more! Boo-fucking-hoo.) And the name Emma? Please, I was expecting something with a bit more substance and strength.

Just stop with the stupid babies and pregnancies with every female character. How about representing those who don't want kids? Those lives are just as interesting and fulfilling.

Had the Mars/Caleb story not been included this audiobook would have been DNFed real quick and given a 2/3 star rating at best. My favorite Finn saved the rating. (And I want his long hair/top knot back, damn it!)
