A book with this much sex and murder should not be this boring!! It wasn't necessarily predictable... I just didn't really care by the end.

If you're a fan of Real Housewives or Desperate Housewives, this is the book for you that dishes out all the drama and backstabbing you want. As someone new to thrillers, I found it less gripping than expected, but it definitely sparked my interest in exploring more of the genre. Overall, it's a decent read for fans of scandal and interpersonal drama, but don't expect too many heart-pounding moments.

I wouldn’t say this is a thriller but it was a good story and drew me in. I liked how there were multiple narrators that each played their own character as it made it easier to follow along with. Speaking of narrator, Brittany who is the voice of Krystle, makes me think of the actress who plays Tansi from Hart of Dixie and that was all I could picture for the rest of the book. Maybe it was the speed I was listening to but I really thought it was her!
I’d say 75% of the book is a slow burn and mainly just talked about the rich women of Buckhead. The last bit is definitely where the action is and left me quite surprised. I really did not see the ending coming! I took one star off my review just because I felt like the ending was a bit rushed compared to the rest of the story and it made it a bit difficult to follow along with. I had to listen to it a couple times just to truly understand what happened.
