Good choice if you’re looking for a short read, enticing plot, and some flawed characters that have you rooting for them anyway. Some witty banter, some shocking twists, plenty of imagery. And a badass villain. But is Anton the villain, or is it the drug trade itself? Enjoyable read if you’re a fan of McCarthy’s style and a nihilist. Hehe.
