Being someone who loves fairy tales of all kinds, I have to say this was just wonderful. There was nothing earth shattering about the story, nothing big happens, but it was just lovely and fun to listen to (I listened on audio). I would love to read this to my kids someday.

A sweet little book Bill gave to me after reading it with his 3rd grade class. Easy to see how this influenced later fantasy novels.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Best "Christian" book I ever read! Aside from the Bible of course.

The story was wonderfully told and I thought expertly done.
