way better then the first book in my opinion but i feel for Beau in this story that it made me kinda want to kick Zane in the balls lol but yeah can't wait for Travis's story its going to be sooooo good.

Yum! I loved these characters! I get so excited when I get a little ménage in my smut with an actual story line! Especially a little MMF ménage too! Zane & V's relationship is combustible from the start but this book was also sweet. This is a love story most of all but also HOT HOT HOT!
Narration is good, perfect for the alpha males in this story.

Holy sexual heat, Batman!!
What an amazing book. Zane is the second book in the Alluring Indulgence series and it was even steamier than the first! Probably of it being twice as long as the first!
At the end of the first book, we know there was some terrible accident that put Zane in the hospital. This second book picks up right where it left off....
Zane has been attacked by a crazy man who just couldn't seem to handle being told no by Vanessa. When Zane picks Vanessa up for a special event, he gets jumped by four guys with tire irons....not good odds.
After being in a coma for a month, and rehabilitation for two more months, Zane is ready to get out of the hospital and get back to being with Vanessa and trying to get her to commit to a relationship. Problem is that the crazy guy is still stalking Vanessa and threatening both her and Zane.
Vanessa, aka 'V', is a pretty stubborn woman. She doesn't trust giving her heart to anyone and fights her feelings for Zane. Though they've had a pretty casual relationship thus far, things are only starting to get serious.
Things are severely hot and steamy between these two, but include Zane's best friend Beau, and it's just skyrockets! Holy hell hotness! Twists and turns in their little menage and things are incredibly exciting!
Zane was an incredible book. It really held your attention and let you get to know the characters even more. That's one of my favorite thing about series like this; that I am able to really come to care for everyone involved.
Nicole Edwards is an incredible writer, detailing things so well as to not bore you but keep you really into it and make you feel like you're really watching it. I'm so excited about this series, I already know I don't want it to end!

I actually read this without reading the first one.
Zane and his brothers are all in business together, and form a close knit family unit. Zane gets involved with Vanessa, the local girl with the "trashy" mom. This book takes off after the two have already met and started a sexual relationship, and a jealous guy almost beats Zane to death for his interest in Vanessa. Zane wakes up out of a coma to find Vanessa trying to keep it at arms length to protect him. But he won't let these feelings he has for her be denied, and he sets about pursuing her and winning her affections.
There is some menage in this book, and MM action. Beau is Zane's best friends and he and Zane often share women. However, when V makes a naughty dare up for the two men, things get taken to a whole new level.
I was actually kind of disappointed with the Beau story line, I felt like he definitely could have been added into the relationship in this book, however, as long as he gets his own HEA in another book later, I'm fine with that too.
I can't wait to read about Travis and Gage and see wtf is up with that! Holy hell were those two's interactions HOT.
I was impressed with the amount of romance and story content in this novel in conjunction with all the hottyness erotica.

The story was good enough with multiple characters and it was as complicated as it was simple in a weird way...But for some reason I just didn't feel the "Wow" feeling...

Honestly, I wasn't initially over-eager to read this book because I wasn't super crazy about Kaleb (book one). Man, did Zane prove me wrong!
Maybe I have a thing for alpha male cowboys, since these are not the first I've read, but hot damn, this book took them to another level! Nothing is off limits to this author and I strangely found myself wanting more and discovered new sensual things I enjoyed through these characters as well!
Unlike Kaleb, Zane had a more developed plot and story line. There was the conflict with Jake, Zane's turmoil of how to live his life after his altercation, and his feelings for both Beau AND V.
While the sex scenes weren't quite perfectly written and got just slightly repetitive (same issue with Kaleb), I didn't find myself skimming this time. Travis was one sexy read and I hope he and V pop up in book 3!
