I really enjoyed getting to know these characters and seeing the realness that comes with life. I think we often keep things to ourselves to protect those we love but ultimately hurt ourselves and others unintentionally, as seen in the book. I definitely cried while reading. I think the author did a great job of displaying each characters emotions throughout the story. Was the ending predictable? Yes, but who cares! It was a good read!

One of the fmcs frustrated me but this book was literally so good! Annette Chavez Macias is going to be a classic one day
