Aasher is a good guy with a dirty mouth, and Riley is an intelligent, poised, figure skater who will put you in your place. I loved their dynamic and the slow development of their relationship. No 3rd act break up.

I LOVED Weak Side, so to think I could love book 2 more I thought was highly unlikely. Well, expect the unexpected. This one was even better. I absolutely adore Aasher. Pick me up off the ice from swooning so freaking hard. The sneaking around and forbidden nature of the romance with the hockey player is my favorite, and the way he fought for and stood up for Riley..🫠🫠🫠 I have high hopes for book 3 if the first two books are any indication.

Loved the give and take between them, strong FMC he’s so supportive of her
Lower rating because it’s so predictable, same-ol coaches or brother daughter that every hockey book is, but her personality makes it worth reading
Some of the guys are manipulative/toxic
