so many emotions!
Plain and simple, I loved this. Even though a few spots broke me. I still couldn’t put it down. Read in one day!

I am enjoying this story. It has twists and turns. It has so much angst. I can’t wait to read the next one.

I'm completely infatuated with Jax and Haley. I a just cutting my losses and buying the paperbacks because I like the series that much. Haley is flawed but real. Jax is a bit on the intense side, but given his life, I get it. I know there's going to be an HEA, and I'm so glad. But my heart is kinda broken at how this book ended. Haley's choice was just not a good one in my opinion, and it made Jax make a terrible choice. Book 3 is gonna be a rollercoaster.
Second instalment of Jax and Haley’s story and it was good, although there were a couple of mistakes in places and there were bits I had to reread because it felt like I should’ve known more but didn’t! However I did enjoy it, so many twist and turns and I’m excited to read the conclusion of the their story in Wicked Girl!
After the cliffhanger of the last book, Jax and Haley finally start to give in to their feelings for each other. This means we get all the romance and all the heat. Things really take a dramatic turn at the end, leaving us with another unresolved story. I’m curious to see how it will all come together in the finale.
I loved this one even more than the first one! We finally got more of an insight into Haley and Jax's lives, and it helped the story to make more sense, it built a foundation that I felt was missing.
We got to see more of Serena and Haley's friendship in this book, and I am here for it! They bounce off each other so well and the banter between the two of them made me laugh throughout the book! It was nice to see that the author could focus on more the friendship aspects too.
Bad Girl was certainly not without its twists and it made the book grow up, it suddenly became a lot more serious and prevented it from turning into a trashy romance novel.
The sexual chemistry started to grow even further between Jax and Haley, Lawson does a really good job of building it up and letting us down again just when we think we're getting to a juicy bit!
And when we did get to the juicy bits the author didn't make them feel cheap or overdone, it was steamy and well written, the tension finally came to a head and it was worth waiting for.
On the whole, Bad Girl (Wicked #2) was excellent, it built on the foundations that the first book introduced and it really grew into itself, going from a teenage dream to something that had substance and gave the reader a range of emotions.
