I kind of loved this! It's short, mantra-type writing style all about healing, peace, and love. Lots of great "quotes" I need to remember.

This is the sort of book that I find hard to put away on a shelf. I didn’t want to finish it. I always want to keep it handy. Simple things are still difficult things (simple does not mean easy) and this book contains all of the simplest and also most difficult treasures.
