Learned new facts about the movie and fell head over heels in love with the movie and Harry Potter franchise all over again.

I love books like this that are stuffed full of fun tidbits.

Excellent guide to the movie. It may be geared towards younger audiences but it does help older viewers catch names of characters and creatures that might have been missed.

Good Companion

Definitely aimed more at children, this book is still a nice companion piece to the new Fantastic Beasts series. Especially with the extra info it provided about Newt.

Nice book, gives a good reminder of what was in the movie but it does not have anythimg more to give in terms of information that the movie.
It briefly mentions the beasts by name without saying anything about them, and the sections with the wands etc. is as plain, item name and photo. Actually gives even less information about the movie.

Long story short, if you have watched the movie, there is no need to read this book as you already know much more than what is mentioned in it.

I loved this.
It tells a brief background about every character from the movie.
It's also about the events of the movie so I don't recommend reading it before watching the movie.
I loved that it contained illustrations for magical creatures included in the movie
It explained many of the vague events and characters.
It tells many unnecessary details which was a but annoying

Cute and fun, but nothing in depth or new here. Cool if you need to jog your memory on something from the movie, though, or if you missed a detail maybe.
