Damning and informative. Should probably be required reading for any doctors in training, but we know that won’t happen. I appreciate Mr. Fisher’s carefully explained insights and especially enjoyed the letters within to the different characters, including one to his mom at the end. It gave the book incredible balance and a unique narrative style.
