Definitely a quick start guide but it was great. This is something I would give to someone else to help learn how ADHD brains work. I loved the illustrations and very helpful, very unique tips. The good energy of the author was picked up easily throughout the reading.

Um excelente livro para quem quer saber mais sobre TDAH ou acabou de receber o diagnóstico, mas meio que mais do mesmo para quem já acompanha discussões mais de perto. O título não mente: é mesmo um start guide.

This was pretty good! For me, I already knew a fair bit of what was in here, but that didn't make it a lot less valuable. It was really quick and simple to read, and I feel like it basically will be like a "cheat sheet" for strategies to try out. As well, there were some things I didn't know or were touched on in a new light that I really appreciated. There were also, of course because ADHD, things that don't apply to me, but it was nonetheless interesting to read about.

Ironically, considering the subject, I do wish it was longer, but I realize that's probably not a good idea for an ADHD quick guide, for a variety of obvious reasons. 😂

(Also ĺowkey wish I could make everyone I've ever met read this... 😂)
