3.5 stars, I think And Then There We’re None was better. My original theory was half right, and I was picking up on the clues. A good read, I love mystery novels!

Super disappointed by this one. I saw the movie first, so I sort of knew how it would end (the movie is fucking terrible by the way), and hoped the book would be better. For starters, I listened to the audiobook and the narrator was HORRIBLE, so I’m sure that contributed to how much I disliked it. He made all the characters twice as miserable as they already were, the pacing was off, and it just did such a huge disservice to the story. I didn’t love the details of the story much either, to be honest, so not sure it would have made much of a difference in the end. 🤷🏻♀️
Even though the movie was god awful, I actually think they handled a few scenes better than the book handled them. The big confrontation in the end of the movie was far more entertaining than the book, and still stayed true to the plot. Anyway, I’m just rambling now. This one was a big fat 👎🏻

What a great mystery. I thought I knew who the killer was very early on, but I was wrong. Agatha Christie is certainly the best crime writer (or at least one of them). I really enjoyed all the characters and twists and turns. This was definitely one of the best mysteries I've ever read. You just have to love Poirot. I recommend this book to anyone who doesn't mind if the murder isn't at the very beginning and wants great characters to study.

It was a pretty close adaptation to the book. The crime was quite complicated and it was enjoyable to read. The artwork was ok. However, overall, I felt the adaptation was a bit dry.

Not my favorite in terms of setup, it was a slow start and felt like reading a stage play at times.
It was interesting to “see” the characters from multiple 3rd person perspectives in the beginning.
The most I’ve known a victim of Christie’s, so sad.
And, overall tragic and mysterious!
