Whoa, check it. Best book by a president basically ever. Sure, it might be a little unsettling for some of us that part of it is about finding redemption through Christian faith but it has so much HOT self-awareness/criticism and JUICY community organizing you won't even care. Everyone will love it, in a way that might be creepy. Schoolchildren will read it forever, and most of them will love it.

I love when I read a book recommended by someone I only know vaguely that turns out to be so great. In general I tend to not like autobiographies especially of famous people - just because someone is well known does not mean that their life story is interesting, relevant or that they can write. There are some exceptions to the rule and this is one of them.
