Ok, if the first part of this 3rd chapter was slow paced, this second part was its opposite. Fast paced, lots of blood, and the chronicles of fire and ice start a new chapter.

Another brilliant book in the series. A few different bits than the TV series but still a good read
My favourite book after Book 1. This book really should not have been separated from Part 1, because all of the action happens here. There were numerous times when I was just shocked at what happens. All I can say is, "What a bloodbath!"
The dilemma now is, should I proceed onto Book 4? Or savour the series a little longer knowing there are only 2 books left at this current time and wait a bit before starting the next book...

I'm glad I read this straight after I finished the last one because it's so satisfying as one long book. I'm so glad I chose to start this series this year, I had no idea what I was missing. I can't wait to properly watch the TV show as well, I'm so into this world right now and I can't wait to dive back into it! Hopefully I won't have to wait very long. I am so excite! The amount of times I said, "WHAT???" near the end of this book was crazy. Martin knows how to keep people hanging on every word! Loved this book, love this series.
