I used seven month on this book. That should show you how boring it is.

I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaate the pregnancy plot. I called it from the second we heard about her first symptoms. How stupid is Sasha supposed to be?? How can you not understand that you're 15 weeks preggo when you're having unprotected se x̌ every second of the day???

I also hate the miscommunication plot with all my heart. The end could have come half way through the second book if Kirill and Sasha just talked to each other.
And Kirill is just abusive and doesn't have a redeeming bone in his body. We get an explanation on why he is the way he is, but it doesn't excuse his actions.

How. How am I supposed to go on after finishing this series? It was a masterpiece to me! A fantastic finisher to this wild chaotic ride of what's Kirill and Sasha's relationship. I didn't want it to end.

Let me just say Kirill at the beginning of this book broke me. His grief. 😭😭 he was gonna throw it all away cause it wasn't worth Sasha. I wanted to cry so much despite what we all know about Sasha's status.

And Sasha. Her feelings of betrayal by Kirill were still burning strong. But I was feeling for her cause of her treatment in her family by her asshole Babushka and asshole prickly brother.

Their reunion was...chaotic 🀣🀣 I was cackling. Most of the story was Kirill "Anything for my beautiful wife" Morozov making sure Sasha understands he's not letting her go again and Sasha struggling with her feelings over Kirill. She loves him a lot no doubt, but she's afraid of him choosing his ambition over her.
I think the story showed a some of them finally talking it out and working on it. Especially on how their actions at the end of book 2 affected them. πŸ₯Ί you really do need heart to hearts yenno. Kirill and Sasha certainly needed it. They both learned things and got some hard truths flung in their faces.

Kirill may love her in his deranged way, showing it in mostly action. But I'm glad he finally let himself open up to say those magic words Sasha needed.

As usual I loved the chaos that comes with Kirill and Sasha (and company). Their banter and chemistry remains blazing bright as the sun! β˜€οΈ
Damien? That crazy psycho killer is such a hoot. I hope he gets a book and it comes out soon 🀣 especially that comment Kirill and Adrian said about war in marriage bahah.

Kirill somehow was even more jealous and more possessive in this book. The man was jealous of sweat in her cleavage 🀣🀣 and he's such a drama queen with him orchestrating a soap opera at the start then eating up the drama unfolding once he got Sasha home. He's so obsessed to the point of madness and I ate it up. Yes he's still keeping count of them πŸ†πŸ˜» bahaha.

I loved the intense *need* and spice as much as the cute soft parts. Like the holiday scenes were so cozy. Even with Kirill being a Grinch with a gun.

Kirill's bond with his siblings was always complicated because of their parents. πŸ₯Ί their little story coming to light was painful but the threads coming out from it warmed my heart. Like of course they aren't models of great sibling bonds, but Kirill would go to bat for them to protect them. πŸ₯Ί

I really loved how this wrapped up. It's so bittersweet having to say goodbye for now to these characters. So the 2 epilogues were worth it but I'll eat up every crumb of them I can get if Ms. Rina Kent does anything else with Kirill and Sasha's family πŸ₯Ί

!! <3 <3 <3 !!

I am not a fan of miscommunication (something that this series is rife with) but I was just too damn happy about Sasha getting her backbone back & Kirill being enamored with her to care.

I need a book about Anton + Maksim raising Mike.

Although I liked the start, with Sasha and Kirill conflict in true enemies to lovers fashion, and the drama Kristina created (loved that plot twist) I struggled a bit half way trough, I just wasn't that invested. The final pages picked up, but the final reveal was a bit too easy for me. In the end is a romcen book, I shouldn't be looking way too much into the plot, but I would have liked for it not to be as rushed as it felt. I'm happy this was my first (and probably only) Rina Kent series

Okay, these two were a bit of a struggle to read about from the beginning, but I wanted to read this one to see how everything wrapped up. For me, like book 2, the frustration carried right on over to this one.

Kirill was losing points with me throughout this entire book. Despite his grand plan to be on top, the manipulation involved towards Sasha to get there was my least favorite thing. And it had me really struggling with his character. Now I love Rina's others MMCs, but I didn't have any glowing reviews for Kirill. I love the softer parts of the MMCs, but we didn't really get that at all with Kirill.

I think my favorite part of this one was the side stories, especially between a certain two. I don't care, I'll take any extra stuff Rina is willing to give of them.

Overall, not my favorite Rina couple/series. But I loved making more connections across Rina's universe, which we'll see more of in the Legacy of Gods series.
