The books attempts a redemption for Maud sprinkling her with „empathy“ and climaxing into peak white saviourism and throwing in one dimensional characters of color who are very grateful to Maud.

I read the first book this afternoon, and I just had to know what Maud was going to get up to, so I finished this one this evening. It was just as, if not more enjoyable than the first!

The ending was very sweet, and it makes me happy to think that this little old serial killer has finally found peace (perhaps...probably not).

An elderly lady has always been unremarkable, but that was her power all along (‘: Just as entertaining a ride as the first. If you enjoy the character Blind Al in Deadpool you’ll like these stories

A unique, quick read with six interconnected stories. Seriously - do not cross her. A nice book to hold (small).
