Short and sweet. Good resource for those in the nonprofit / NGO world.

I do quite like the idea of stretch collaboration as a practical option for getting things done with individuals or groups with rivaling interests, ideas, or ideologies in this new era of polarization. Power and love and alternating polarities is also extremely useful. I think the only area that falls flat is the latter half of the book during the “lessons” and workshops the reader can use to practice these skills. The vagueness in these skill-building exercises leave the reader confused, especially after so many moving and practical accounts regarding political crises, and leaves much to be desired.

I couldn't focus on the audio. I'll try to find it in another format.

A useful book in this ~era of collaboration. I thought the examples were grounding, but I still feel like I don’t fully understand the framework. Like I’ll need to try it out in order to.

I am convinced a robot wrote this.
And/or it's obvious this guy is the problem in his interactions
It only gets helpful toward the end when he cites another researcher's thoughts on dialogue. I'd skip the rest, really the final chapter, or even better look up whoever he is citing and read them instead
