I definitely think this book had a bit too many s3x scenes and not quite enough progression. Nothing *really* happens until around 80-85% and it gets quite exciting from there. But yeah the rest of the book is just s3x s3x s3x which can be quite frustrating when the story isn’t moving.

Overall this book was really quite good, but I feel like the story could have been wrapped up in this book if like 3/4 of the s3x scenes were removed.

I must also add that I'm a little bit frustrated with this series. I went into it thinking it was a 3 book series, only to find out at the end of book 3 that there's a huge cliffhanger. Now, I don't mind cliffhangers. I think they are great for a series and pivotal in keeping the reader excited. What I don't appreciate is a 1.5 year wait. I think if you are going to leave such an enormous cliffhanger, the book should be released within 6 months. If I had known I probably wouldn't have started the series just yet. I don't want this to come off as entitled, because I'm absolutely not, but 1.5 years is a bit unreasonable.
