Folks who read/listened to Big Rock will remember Spencer’s best friend Nick Hammer. Mister O shares Nick’s story. It is easy to see why Nick and Spencer are best friends as Nick has the same cocky swagger. The man sports tattoos and glasses. Nerdgasm Ladies! Like Spencer he is a sweet, successful guy who emits boyish charm and reeks of sensuality. The man raises the heat level whenever he enters a room but is surprisingly sensitive. He makes his living drawing the Adventures of Mister Orgasm a comic series that has been turned into a late show sensation.

Nick has had a thing for Spencer’s sister Harper Holiday and while he fantasies about her late at night he respects Spencer too much to cross the line. Harper makes her living as a magician. I found her to be charming, a little awkward but adored her witty with spunk personality.

When Harper approaches Nick seeking his help with men he begins by giving her dating lessons.Things get seriously interesting when Harper asks Nick to teach her the art of seduction. The story that unfolds is humorous, sexy and filled with everything from sexting to fantasy. While the overall tone of the story is light, fluffy and naughty Blakely managed to make it heartwarming with tender moments, and revelations. I loved seeing Spencer and Charlotte from Big Rock they added to the story and updates on this adorkable couple was appreciated.

If you are looking for a dirty, fun rom com that will lift your spirits, make you laugh aloud, and swoon Mister O is the perfect listen. The tale is told from Nick’s POV and with Sebastian York as the narrator it offers listeners a pleasurable experience. York nailed the tone of this story allowing me to connect with the characters.

While Big Rock, Mister O and the soon to be released Well Hung all work as standalone they are told from the male POV and involve characters we first met in Big Rock.

Lauren Blakely is fast becoming one of my favorite authors!!!
This is somewhat of a follow-up to Big Rock.... It is the story of Spencer's little sister and best friend.... Nick a cartoonist with a cable show and Harper a magician... And BTW are those both kind of super cool jobs???

Anyways..... I absolutely loved the banter, the chemistry, the feelings, and everything else between these two... I mean I just thought every minute of this book was absolutely perfect.... It wasn't deep or full of drama, it was just straight up fun and enjoyable!

Absolutely loved Nick! He was hilarious.

4.5 ⭐️- Another wonderful read by Lauren Blakely!

Mr. O is entertaining, sweet, and steamy. I really enjoyed watching this couple come together.

Nick is a dirty cartoonist, and Harper is a magician. These unique jobs only help develop the love of these characters for the reader. Both of these characters chased their passions and are happy as individuals, which makes their romance much more fulfilling for me as a reader because neither one was healing or trying to get over something. And while it is a typical best friend's sister trope, it is unique in the way the characters handle it. As the relationship is revealed, which we all know it will be, you love each of the characters for their reactions to it. Also, the relationship between them is hot! Nick writes a cartoon called Mr. O, so really I expected nothing less.

As always, Lauren Blakely has produced a well-written story with interesting characters and well-paced plot, so why the 4.5 stars? My only response is that it didn't meet my love of the other stories I have read by her, like the Sloane family in her Sinful Nights series (if you haven't read it, you are missing out and need to buy it now!). There is nothing technically wrong with this story. There was nothing I hated or character that I despised, well maybe Gino skeeved me out a little, but there was truly nothing negative I would say about this book.

I really liked this story and can't wait for the next installment, or really anything Lauren Blakely chooses to write. She has quickly become an author I automatically one-click without thought or reading the synopsis.

This book had everything I was looking for. An incredible heroine in Harper, a 26 year old magician with such an amazing attitude. I want that girl for a friend! Paired with her is Nick, the sexy cartoonist. It was a friends to lovers story filled with humor and read by Sebastian York. What an amazing combination.

Loved! Great friends to romance story.

The story was ok, but the narrator is wonderful, so I'll be continuing with the series.

h: Harper
H: Nick (POV)

Nick is a cartoonist who came up with the show 'Adventures of Mr. Orgasm'. Harper is the little sister of Nick's best friend. She's a red headed magician who has a hard time communicating with men that she is attracted to. She asks him for help with the dating scene which evolves into help in the bedroom. I love that the characters weren't too afraid of their feelings that it made them make stupid decisions. I thought the conflict and resolution were both mature and easily believable.

I liked Harper and Nick's love story. It was easy and fun. It took me a while to finish, but it was worth reading.

I can't wait to read Nick's brother's story.
