I think I am happy I chose to listen to this rather than read it. A lot of my friends expressed a difficulty in coping with the writer's style, but listening to is was like having someone chat at you, giving you little vignettes of her life. I enjoyed it, loved learning a little more about the Bedouin lifestyle. Little bit sad at the end but not gut wrenching like some books.
