When She Returned

Wow! Excellent read. While I could see the twist coming, it did not take away from enjoyment of reading it. I loved all the characters we are meant to love. Meredith and Abbi were my favorites and I wanted to find out what would happen to them.

I will definitely read more by this author.

This was an intense story. It lost me a little bit in the middle. Got just a little bit boring, but I still enjoy the twists and turns that came about. Abby‘s mother Kate was the strangest character I read in a long time.

Never reading this author again

I was totally engulfed in the story and characters and it’s even ok that I suspected what was happening but the actual ending of the story didn’t ever come. There’s no information on what happens to the leader, the mother, what about the rest of the cult? What happened to Margot? How did Abbi handle it all? How about Scott and Meredith? Just for it to end BAM! It’s terrible.

Another great book by Lucinda Berry. Interesting twist at end. Only reason not 5 stars is because I didn't quite like it

Really engaging story about a cult and how they can ruin your life. Didn't totally love the ending. Not bad but just felt like something was missing.
