Nino Falcone, my ultimate book crush, straight-up stole my heart. Out of all the books I’ve devoured, it’s Nino’s character that was the real showstopper. His duality adds an extra layer of intrigue to the story, along with the fact he’s only vulnerable to one person, my dear girl Kiara. The way she shakes things up for him? Total highlight, loved every bit of that drama. The way he softens up to her, cares for her. Ugh, everything about his character I love. And the whole holding the wrist to check her pulse, so he can understand her emotions, since he couldn’t read them, loved that.

Every time I go back to this story, the magic that they both created never fades. They’re like a dream team made in bookish heaven. The way Nino and Kiara express their love through music, ugh it’s like a sweet reminder that romance is very much alive.

Pretty good book - was not expecting it to be so full of smut (my cousin recommended it to me), but it ended up being pretty okay. Not my favorite romance, as it felt a little forced at times, but overall I liked it. Take this with a grain of salt, as I am not someone who usually reads romance :)

The Camorra family is definitely my favorite of the three mafia families. I enjoyed finding out why the brothers are the way they are. I enjoyed the “justice” Kiara received and the way she started to heal.
