Although this book is written for those who identify as poly or do not follow traditional monogamous relationships, this book digs through many topics relevant to anyone  despite what their relationship status and sexual identity may be. There are great exercises in each chapter that give the reader the chance to reflect on various life topics such as communication, boundaries, conflict, and self love. I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs to spend time with self reflection and soul searching, as this book challenges the reader to do so.

This was an incredible read, not just for information on polyamory but for on relationships and as a way of reframing many things within my mind.

The writing style is easy to comprehend, with explanations of confusing terms and a structure that is broken up on the page to allow for concentration breaks.

As well as giving you information, you get personal insights from the authors themselves and exercises to try to help you comprehend the material further.

I would recommend this text to anyone, especially if they are interested in sex and relationships as a topic; it will aid you in understanding polyamory as well as your own self and identity within romance and sex.
