none of the characters were interesting, none of the things they did made sense w what minuscule character development we got, none of the stories seemed to have a point, none of the stories seemed to connect

I really tried with this one (as Chang is a proficient writer) but the stories fell flat. Instead of feeling like the endings were open to interpretation in an interesting way, each story felt unfinished and often bizarre.
