At the start I thought this was a highly predictable romance book. I wasn’t a fan of the writing style.
But as it went on, the layers & lives of the characters were unveiled. I could feel the emotion in their stories, especially the two main characters.

- Alexis is such a strong, accomplished, smart MC. She had so much character growth and I'm so proud of her journey 🩺🙌🏻
- Daniel...hello where can I find me a Daniel? He was just the perfect small town man: tattoos, hard working, the muscles, caring, and private chef 😌
- I liked the instant chemistry and love between the main characters 🫶🏻
- Bree is the best bestie EVER and Alexis is a lucky girl to have her ✨
- Watan’s people are a bunch of hilarious busybodies with a weird talent for animal’s names 😂
- Their problems for staying together seemed real and plausible 🥲
