Good book! Nothing in it was particularly groundbreaking, but there were a lot of good reminders and nuggets to take into parenthood. I’d say it’s a helpful read for couples having their first child and wanting to still prioritize each other and themselves. It’s written from a very helpful perspective, as many people do feel selfish in putting themselves ahead of baby when needed. I’d definitely gift it to a new parent friend.
