Teen me would have loved this book, dog-eared it and written all over it, and read it over and over. At that age I really needed something like this. I'm glad the book is out there in the world for teenagers who, like me long ago, need to know they're not alone in feeling this way.

I truly loved that style of poetry. It felt like immersing myself in a captivating story. The imagery was exquisite, and I had a vivid portrayal of witch trials in my mind as I delved into the collection. Although I found the middle sections to be a tad extreme for my taste, I do value and honor diverse perspectives and viewpoints, even when they differ from my own. I wholeheartedly relished this poetry collection and intend to delve into Amanda Lovelace's works once again.
