I loved getting Luca’s POV!! He’s so dark & brooding, yet to see him struggle with emotions he’s not use to was made you understand him on a better level!!

This was my first book to read by a new arthur and I very much enjoyed reading it this book gives you Luca:s pov from the book called Bound in Honor for which now I'm going to have to read. This book tells about his uprise to becoming a made man at an early age to becoming Capo and as you'd expect it's not paved with gold and about Aria his soon to be wife who's loyalty to those she loves will be tested time and time again.
I would definitely recommend one clicking this book.

This book was so intriguing and grasped me from the first page! Cora writes intense stories with very strong characters. Luca is a Made Man and raised with the Famiglia to be cold and heartless, to take on his enemies with fierceness and no mercy. He is betrothed to a 15 year old and waits 3 years to marry her. But she does something to him that he never expected, he starts to feel.
This story is action packed, and filled with ruthless moments. I loved this book and cannot wait to read more about the Vitiello family.

This is basically Bound by Honor but from Luca's POV.

I wasn’t sure if I needed to read this, if this would be a waste of time. But I’m glad I read this.
We get to see Luca's childhood, and his relationship to his father and brother. His father was a bastard, and I can see why Luca is the way he is today. But I’m really glad we got to see more of his relationship with Matteo. I didn’t expect to see Matteo the way we did, and now I’m even more excited for his book with Gianna. I’m glad Luca and Matteo have each other
