i hate, hate, HATE how the scene about sexual assault gets turned into a joke by the end of it, the whole ordeal had been done without any type of consent yet i don’t see any type of repercussions or animosity towards the guy At all. it’s a cute love story, but i wish the serious scenes could be treated with the type of seriousness they deserve.

This was a shocking volume and one that is not rated G, for general audiences! Hehe! I was very upset with Kougai’s violation of Rangetsu. I hope this event will steel Rangetsu to focus on solving her brother’s murder. But what will be the consequences? Can Rangetsu find justice for Sogetsu? Each volume is compelling!

Like, if that scene had never happened, nothing that came after would have changed. Kougai could definitely have figured it out other ways. He's a cunning prince. I feel so gross having read this.
