Couldn't put the book down, especially toward the end. Reading Harry Potter as an adult hits different. Love it!

After many years of being intimidated by books 5-7 because of how thick they were, I can finally say, I finished Harry's story. I am so glad I finally read 5-7 and got to read all the details — good, bad, and painful ones all the same. J.K. Rowling wrote a powerful story that teaches lessons of hope, courage, love, strength, and so much more. Truly, these books are amazing. I'm bidding farewell to Hogwarts and all the adventures. 💛 Hufflepuff Forever 💛

4 out of 5 ☆’s.

“We're all human, aren't we? Every human life is worth the same, and worth saving.”

While this wasn’t my favorite book in the series — and there are things that I wish had been done differently — I loved seeing everyone come together in the end in order to defeat Voldemort & Co. I had chills the entire time that the battle was taking place & was the most emotional while reading that last scene where everyone is running up the front steps and into the entrance hall to fight one last time…🥲

ੈ✩‧₊˚

(Side Note: I cannot get over the fact that Regulus **canonically** made that little collage out of Voldemort-related news clippings. It’s so unhinged & I think about it on a daily basis. That’s my Roman Empire.)
