Book full of advice and food for thought. I didn't finish the book cover to cover and I didn't feel like I should. I think its the kind of book that you go to when you need it because it requires self-reflection afterwards. It's a bit difficult to read because the way it was written/translated, so I could only read a couple pages at a time..
