don't know if this technicially counts as "read" since i skimmed the text while watching the play (and then skimmed the play too bc that ending was getting long) but this is sooo funny and a good performance enhances the experience immensely. got a bit sick of the side characters (my inability to withstand second hand embarassment strikes again) but not nearly as much as some of the other comedies. peak funny shakespeare.
update: if i ever meet emma smith im kissing her on the mouth for her lecture on twelfth night. ANTIONIO RIGHTS.

Very funny with the typical Shakespeare comedy ending where everyone gets married after barely knowing one another- felt sorry for Malvolio though. It made me immediately want to travel to the Globe Theatre to see it performed- which I did and it made the story even better.
