He has no idea that I'm curled up under his bed.

Happy that the main focus isn't the romance but also a little disappointed that it isn't? I think Sorinda and Kearan showed more chemistry and tension in the little snippets that we had of them in the Daughter of the Pirate King and Daughter of the Siren Queen books compared to this book.

Nevertheless, I did enjoy the adventure with this one a lot.

Sorinda is a great main character! Very nicely developed. Loved the piracy vibes as always. Her romance with Kearan was nice
