This was such a lovely book and very well written. the main couple was awesome and I especially liked Sorinda and how she was written. Especially the part about her being Alosa’s “vengeance”, like I squealed because I actually think that this might only be the first part of the spin offs. I also loved the friendship and relationship between Kearan and Enwen.

I was so excited when I saw there was another book in the Daughter of the Pirate Queen universe. I loved the first two and couldn’t wait for this one. And it didn’t disappoint!
Sorinda was everything. Strong, fierce and independent. I could definitely relate to her cause she kept everything bottled in, which I know all too well but her journey through the book and opening up was all amazing and a journey in itself.
I wish there was more Alosa in it, but the story was still great and I hope there’s another book in the series. I just love this universe!

I enjoyed this book so much more than the Daughter of the Pirate King duology! The writing style and the characters were so much more mature and had depth that the MCs in the duopoly were lacking. I enjoyed the story and I’m so glad it was so different from the duology. The MCs had morals which I appreciated.
I did like that Alosa and other characters played small roles in this book as well!
I have to give it 4.25 stars
