Our peepholes open, life is filled with guilt, shame and a plethora of other humans emotions, and then eventually, our peepholes close.

I did enjoy this but in a kind of thats nice just floating along in your disfunctional little city
I do think the way that vonnegut views death in his books is really interesting though

‘That is my principal objection to life, I think: It is too easy, when alive, to make perfectly horrible mistakes.’

‘He was like a god to them. It was so easy for him to be like a god to them.’

‘And I do not see how I can get out of asking this question: Does it matter to anyone or anything that all those peepholes were closed so suddenly? Since all the property is undamaged, has the world lost anything it loved?’

‘It is all he can do to give life the benefit of the doubt.’
