Tempted to rate it two stars (“okay”) but am giving it three since it’s YA (“good”). I probably would have enjoyed it more if I read it in my teens. Even after finishing the book, I have a lot of questions.

Very Creepy, inspired kinda incestuous thoughts (they're not really cousins so its OK!), but overall, I really liked it.

This book is truly amazing, the suspense is real, and you want to read more. Then without even knowing it, your done with the book.

Loved it! Already headed down a research hole on Frozen Charlotte dolls and realizing we had some at my grandparents.  I will definitely be looking to read "Charlotte Says" as well.

I read this book with some year tens and it was a lot of fun for us - I particularly enjoyed singing the verses at the start of each chapter! Piper was a truly terrifying character but I adored Lilias. Learning about frozen Charlottes was really cool; they're creepy little things. There was a lot of tension in this story which we really liked - there were definitely times when we were not sure how Sophie would survive the situation. A stellar example of horror written for a younger audience.
