Don’t waste your time listening to the abridged audio version. This review isn’t for the poetry. I enjoyed the diverse choice and own the book and had originally read them there. This one star is for the abridged audio version. There were lots of things wrong. It didn’t give the title or author for half the poems. It seems like they took the full audio version and just cut and pasted which is why so much information is gone. Section 2-3 didn’t have a tables of content to follow along where the poems titles were. There were several narrators who I feel bad saying it I hated their voice. There was one guy who sounds like he can barely breathe. There were odd parts where there sounded like almost clicking. I tried three different head sets and the clicking didn’t stop. Read these instead of listening. The full audio version which I couldn’t find at my library I don’t know if it is the same narrators. If it has,one voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
