Love the message of this book, and I think it's a good stepping stone into unlearning some of the habits we've been raised to consider normal, but I only wish that the ideas in the book had been expanded on more. The chapters felt pretty repetitive and didn't dive super deep. The conceptual, abstract sections were very interesting and I wish there had been more of that rather than the repeated reminder to look inwards.

Highly recommend this book. Due to a recent illness I've had to rest, and during those times a part of me felt the urge to try to do something. Hersey's book came at the right time for me. This book is one I will reread. Very insightful.

Rest, pause, let creation come.

While a vital message is transmitted in this manifesto, some important concepts get lost in the repetitive style of the author. This book could have been 1/3 its length, or have gone deeper into what DreamSpace - and rest - is about instead of repeating over and over on two main issues that prevent us from rest (yes, I know we need to listen to what has been trapping us, but we can go deeper into taking responsibility and crafting actions)

Wonderful subject matter that I really needed - writing and editing could be better.

I love the author's premise, and life work, and believe she is absolutely corrrect. However, this book could have used some editing. I wanted to love the book so much, but I will continue to follow Ms. Hersey's Nap Ministry.
