I got the audio version of this from the library and that's the way to go. It's about as long as a podcast, so you'll have an hour of a book/essay on time management. Nothing really new here, but a nice packaging of tips that's worth a listen to.

It was good but too short. The author makes some nice points but wish it were a proper book with more tips and ideas. Still a good read.

I love books that tell me that all the things I think are right. I am a complete believer in the morning hours being the rudder for my day. I have guarded them for decades. I am looking to change my morning routine.. and while this book isn't very tell me howable... it is very yes.. these hours are a good place to look for change in your life. She is also realistic about not everyone's life being the same, or desires, etc. So, yes.. I liked this one a nice simple foundation for the start of my journey. A cheerleading book to motivate my first steps.
