I have such mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, the plot is kind of awesome. The twists and turns all make sense and the reveals are very fun and dramatic without feeling like they came out of nowhere. On the other hand, there is a lot of character development that was left of the table. Often, a character would tell another how they were feeling or why they were doing what they were doing and it just felt kind of weird. I was entertained overall, but not enough to continue the series.

I love this book. It was a well-written, action packed full book. I can't wait to read the rest of the trilogy.
