An unexpected ending. Some solid twists and turns. Multiple narrators but not too many to be confusing. And I loved the dads.

The writing in That’s Not My Name leans heavily into YA territory, which might not work for every reader, but the dual-timeline plot is really compelling. Just when I thought I had it all figured out, the twist at the end completely blindsided & destroyed me.

That’s Not My Name was well-paced, kept me on the edge of my seat, and dropped a twist at the end that I was NOT expecting. It was a pretty standard thriller until the end, but the twist earned an extra star from me. It’s a quick, easy read too, which was a nice bonus. 

I’d recommend it!

This was a suspenseful page-turner! I ended up finishing it in one sitting. I didn’t expect the plot twist and this book made me a lot sadder than I expected. I liked the dual POV.
