⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
That’s Not My Name by Megan Lally is absolutely wild! I tore through this book in less than 24 hours because I just could not stop reading. The suspense? Insane. The twists? Absolutely brutal. My heart was shattered into pieces more than once, but I couldn’t get enough.
The character development was so on point—every single person felt real and had me fully invested. And that plot? Chef’s kiss. It was twisty, unpredictable, and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Megan Lally really knew what she was doing because I was stressed (in the best way).
This is hands down one of the best thrillers I’ve read this year. If you’re into books that keep you guessing and destroy you emotionally, you’ve gotta pick this one up ASAP.
both read and listened to this one - bittersweet with a solid twist. something about the writing felt a little juvenile but still an excellent thriller!! the audiobook performance was engrossing as well.
