I was kind of reluctant to read this at first because of the cover, but WOW, was this book good! I'm going to try and read Ever now, even though I hate the cover even more...[b:Ever|2204464|Ever|Gail Carson Levine|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1349046851s/2204464.jpg|2210227]

A great book! Gives a whole new twist to Snow White. Amazing living through this poor girl!

A fun story about beauty and how we treat others. All of the singing and lyrics did go a bit overboard, but some were really sweet.

I raelly like the book, but I could not pronounce most of the names!! I like to be able to say the names so this was odd for me. I wish there had been simpler names but over all I really liked it! :)

Well. There, as usual, was a lot of potential in this book. I just, Aza was not nearly as compelling of a character as most of Gail Carson Levine's protagonists are. The development of the Ayorthian world that was first expressed in "Ella Enchanted" was appreciated, but otherwise the story felt a little flat. It was an interesting commentary on the role of beauty, etc, etc, but outside of that, I'm a little disappointed. At the very least, it was a quick read (although the inclusion of SO MANY song lyrics without any real sense of how they would sound was a little frustrating). Overall, I'm going with a resounding "Meh..."
