Not really my cup of tea on so many levels. I appreciate what Brianna and others of her ilk are trying to achieve, but it feels like she's taken some of the more complex work of others (Daniel Kahneman, Alan Watts for example) and distilled them down to pithy aphorisms which to my mind misses the point of reading them.

The book is fine as a breezy read covering a very "solution-orientated" way of seeing the world but lacks the depth and nuance of the works she seeks to explain.

Listened to this one on audiobook, and I thought it was extremely insightful. Apologies for not including more—I am not particularly good at writing summaries of books... as my reviews can show.

Really good for a different state of mind!

My issues with this:
#1. So many of these essays were essentially saying the same thing. She probably could have easily edited the book down from 101 to 10.
#2. Her guidance and advice throughout was super great for her and her lifestyle. Just know that in reality, she is a super beautiful influencer and is privileged in many ways.. so do not feel bad if you're not interested or unable to follow her recommendations on everything.
