What I didn't like
-List of thoughts in bullet points
-Thoughts are repeated , only in other words .
-The first 50 pages were unclear, I wondered what the author wanted to convey.
-Some thoughts are not fully disclosed, they are very dry.

What I liked
White, minimalistic cover
-Some of the essays contained interesting thoughts to ponder over, but there were few of them.

My honest review
It felt like the author had just written some interesting ideas, and then just enlarged the list of essays to finish the book.

After a bit it feels like Psych2Go videos, just without the fun drawings

this is a list of lists of obvious advice. i was so checked out once i realized that i was just going to be given a bunch of lists, not essays.

101 looks like a big number, but the author has really few ideas that she repeats and says in different ways. Nothing of these was new to me, so I skimmed through the book to pick up the good parts. Summary: your thoughts and beliefs are your reality. You can choose to be happy by not focusing on the past. You have so many things to be grateful for. Breaking up with someone is a great moment to learn from yourself and grow as a person. (Also, this author was obviously heartbroken because she talks a lot about the pain of losing someone and how you can do nothing about it. And it isn´t necessarily about healing, she focuses more on how it feels and how you think you´ll never be happy again...). This book was really not impactful to me, though I find how some ideas of the power of the mind can surprise other readers that haven’t dug into spiritual teachings and practices.
