Great morning read for some inspiration and gems on life

I flagged a bunch in this book and originally thought I'd keep it, but by the end, it felt kind of monotonous. A lot of similar themes, just said in different ways. Am glad it was a morning read so I could pace myself.
90: people who jump A to Z and only think of worst case Center is usually do not have the confidence that they can take care of themselves if something unexpected were to arise - so they prepare for the worst and Rob themselves of the best in the process.

198: what is worth suffering for? Everything is hard in some way. It's hard to be in the wrong relationship. It's hard to be in the right one.... everything is hard, but you choose your heart. You choose what's worth it. You don't choose whether or not you'll suffer, but you do choose what you want to suffer for.

263: " I've always been compelled to act when I was meant to. I never had to think too hard about the things that were meant to be. I only had to be open to them."

It did not change the way I think

It took me so long to finish this book.

DID NOT FINISH

Felt like pseudo-intellectual neo-Stoicism for girls, at least in audiobook form.
I think in print I probably would find it a good journal prompt?
